Surrounded by wild habitat and views of palm trees and exotic birds, Villa Tutu is part of Villas Malinali, inside gated Marina Chacala. Ideal for more than one family since it consists of three different casitas (little houses).

The main house that has a large master suite with a separate area with two single beds and also a guest room on the second floor with two beds (a king and double) and a terrace. The ground floor of this first casita has a complete kitchen with an espressso and cappuccino machine, lounge room with dining room and TV area.

The second casita consists of an open-plan master suite with a King size bed and a single bed sofa, kitchenette & bathroom with a large two-person tub.

The third casita has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (child) sofa and sliding doors lead you to a palapa covered terrace with views over the garden.

All of the rooms have their independent full bathrooms, and there is an extra half bathroom for guests in the main house. All of the buildings look onto 5000sqft of tropical garden and lawn. Within the garden there is a pergola (gazebo) with a full lounge sofa, dining table, hammocks, kids amenities and a BBQ grill.
The three house compound, was finished in 2015. Fully furnished in a Mexican Pacific modern style.
