I believe this is a 3 star hotel, it provides the minimum for a good stay: Comfortable beds, some good food options, very helpful staff, ocean front. Old property, needs lots of maintenance.
Some hints: from the moment you arrive people will work hard to sell you something, It cost me 3 hours of my time fending off sales people and in exchange I received some good discounts. The place is crowded, but I like that as opposed to higher end resorts that are lonely. Met lots of families. All buffet/restaurants have at least a few good options, trial and error. I enjoyed the entertainment program. Kids had a blast, didn’t want to leave.
