Wonderful location on the Malecon just unfortunate construction still in front and side of property really put a damper on the accessibility and noise disturbance. The room itself was nice and updated. My kids enjoyed the Roku streaming features available with the tv. Staff was helpful and able to hold our luggage after checkout until we left for airport.

1. Extremely noisy, right by their restaurant that runs bar past midnight. 2. Rooms cannot be made dark as the bright light comes from the same place. Could not sleep both the 2 nights we stayed. I have picture with all curtains closed, still everything is clearly seen in the room. 3. They have fine prints for the 2 persons for the breakfast, even though we booked for 4 persons for the 2 room suite for the higher price. AND even for the 2 persons, the breakfast amount is MEX $150, that do not provide. For example, omlette is $80, fruit is $40. We did not get the fruits it supposed to have. 4. The hot water stops in the morning.

The hotel is modern, clean and very unique. Rooms had varying configurations. The courtyard is lovely, and a great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning, or stargaze by the pool in the evening. We would love to stay here again on a return trip.

It was a great stay. Walking distance from the beach and the Malecón. All the shopping and activities were close by, transportation was close by. The staff were very helpful and nice. I stayed there for 4 days. Overall it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and affordable stay.

Room was clean and staff were okay. Our only issue was we were never informed about road construction going on and there's no acoustic resistance at all on the windows. There were times when construction worked started at 6 am.

There was a room error, it was very quickly resolved. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again next time we stay in the area. Perfect location too... ...even with heavy road & sidewalk construction, rooms were very quiet and we had great sleep!

The hotel has great location, room was clean and modern looking inside. The cafe was ok. No drinks only beer available the night we were there - though drinks are on their menu. The big issue is the road work in front and along the strip in front of the hotel. The main road has been dug up for underground utility maintenance. This is the road the pool faces. It is noisy during the day I would only recommend a short stay for that reason, during the road work phase.
