Location, location, location

We booked 3 weeks at the condo. Everything was perfect. Condo was ideal, just as advertised. View from the balcony particularly at sunset was amazing. Big bonus for us was the proximity to the malecon which was just about a 30 minute easy walk. There are several very good restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk as well.

Awesome condo & location

Four of us from Canada stayed in this 4th floor condo for one week in February. The view of the ocean & pool from the deck (huge) are spectacular (the main reason we chose this suite) as well as the sound of the surf! The owner was extremely prompt to answer our questions/ concerns. The condo layout (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, deck) is fantastic for two couples. The master bedroom (king sized) is a highlight of the unit as it has a glass encased ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a double & queen sized bed with the 2nd bathroom directly outside of the bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample storage. The kitchen has numerous appliances (not a water kettle), cooking utensils and spices that we wanted/ needed. Unfortunately there were few water glasses (one glass & 2 plastic) we found a broken wine glass in the cupboard and the fridge water filter required replacing (we had to purchase bottled water for our stay). There is a clothes washer & dryer supplied (bonus) and a previous renter left laundry soap. There are several pools and seating areas including an area that has sand/ beach. The staff were observed to be cleaning the pool area each day and there was a staff present from 7 am to 10 pm. access to the beach for renters is monitored by one of the staff as there is a locked security gate (8 am to 10 pm). There is construction noise occurring on the property 7 am-7pm 6 days a week. We recommend this property

Relaxation

The property was everything we expected and more!! Condo was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped !! The pool area was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owner provided all the necessary information. I will recommend this Condo .

High rise being buil next door

Unfortunately the owner did. not inform us of a high-rise being build next door. Construction noise from 8 am till 9 pm. We were not able to enjoy the balcony or the pool due to noise. The building is fairly new and the unit itself is very confortable. Once the building next door is finished, it is a very nice place to stay.
