The condo is located on the top floor and therefore features stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's lush mountains. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the extended balcony area as the sun begins to rise over the green mountaintops.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

It has a spacious and comfy living room equipped with a queen Murphy bed which can accommodate a 3rd guest and modern remotely operated blinds. Second full bathroom in the hallway adds convenience when sharing this space with friends and family.

Security
This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests
A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

Getting Around
You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available.

Other things to note
NOTE: Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.

Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.

NOTE: Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Please note that the pool is closed on Wednesdays from 7 am to 3 pm for maintenance.
