Staff is the only positive thing

The parking attendant and front gate employees were the best part of my stay. They were very welcoming and pleasant to speak with. The room needs great improvement, the shower had rust and grime. The closet doors were broken, the bedding had SO MANY stains on it, the dresser had visible broken drawers, the kitchen sink cabinet was missing a drawer front and the nails were sticking straight out, the tv remote was given to me at check in and we never got it to work. That was just issues with one of the 2 rooms booked. Both rooms had no toiletries, including toilet paper so it was an inconvenience to go find a store that sold all of that. There are also no “Do Not Disturb” signs. Lastly, due to the painted stairs, i do not recommend wearing flip flops. I slipped and fell down on the second day.

This place was perfectly located right on the beach. Though interaction with reception staff was minimal, we found them friendly and super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Los vigilantes bien cuidan en ambos accesos, la limpieza bien pero puede mejorar y lo peor es que pague por 3 noches y el segundo día no hicieron absolutamente nada de limpieza en la habitación. Eso fue una decepción terrible al regresar cansados a descansar y ni la basura habían sacado
