Property was very noisy. Had to change rooms, as there was mechanical equipment noise all night. Large wedding party that had VERY loud music until late at night. Certainly not up to the Marriott standards we are used to. Will not visit again

Esmeralda at the check-in counter has excellent customer service skills! She was helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. We asked for an ocean view upgrade and, while it was a little more costly per day, we were grateful for the wonderful views. An added plus was the beautiful pink flowers on our balcony.

Meh to the Marriot

The service staff was great. The facility is run down and in need of a major upgrade, repairs and maintenance. The room had a bad smell of unclean ductwork and the ventilation was not satisfactory. The room got very humid at night. The property itself was a let down as it was very dated and not well maintained. The food was subpar and the only saving grace was the enthusiastic serving staff - all of whom were great.

The resort and property is fantastic. The only negative was the room type we reserved was not available. And we would have had to move the next day. We decide not to and the manager apologized and worked to make it right.

Great property, beach, and pool. This is also an all-inclusive resort so be prepared for watered-down cocktails. Staff is wonderful. They have pickleball courts! You will not find a decent cup of coffee on the grounds.
