Not bad, but they could do a better job cleaning

The counter was dirty, and there was spills of coffee and food on the desk. Other than that, everything was pretty shipshape.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. We were on the 10th floor and the partial ocean view and mountain are absolutely stunning. The only minor issue that we had was you can hear everything from the street, door clossing across the hallway and the music above us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would go back again.

Despite the Broken Bones Would Stay Again.

Absolutely thrilled. 4 Star and wonderful breakfast. Staff were amazing. Only negative just before retrieving our luggage to head to the airport my wife tripped on the black marble slab in front of the main door. Angle of the sun and shadow obscured the small rise. Result: broken wrist and hairline fracture to the other upper arm. Suggest you bevel the lip to avoid future injuries. I have wrist issues and had taken my braces which my wife used on the flight home then straight to the hospital. Weirdly, bad sidewalks are common in PV but this happened where new.

Beautiful view!!! The staff were amazing. Having stayed there three weeks, I can say that Hotel Mio is conveniently located near the Food Park, the beach (watch for crocodiles), and many shopping areas. We only took a Uber when visiting the Romantica area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again!

Sewer Odor

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The big problem was that there was a bad sewer odor coming from the shower drain. Out of my 4 nts there I had to call twice to fix the problem. There was no permanent solution except to put chemicals down the drain.

Hotel Mio was a beautiful modern hotel with wonderful service. The rooftop pool was relaxing and I enjoyed it everyday. The in-hotel restaurant options were always reasonably priced and delicious. I will definitely come back!

The hotel was perfect. Breakfast option set us up for the day and then we were able to try many of the restaurants in the Versalles area within walking distance of the hotel. The rooftop pool was a great way to end our days. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This property provides value for the money. It is not the most fancy hotel, but the service is exceptional. The staff is so friendly and appreciative. The only suggestion I have is to change the music in the pool area drive my friend and I nuts.

Serves great breakfast with great service. Front desk was ok , language barriers. Roof top pool was lovely but music was super loud all the time. It’s a noisy hotel from noise in the hallway to close to the street noise and loud music everywhere.

I loved this place! Rooftop pool was gorgeous and tranquil. never overcrowded or too busy. views from the room were nice. close to the beach and you are allowed to walk through the other hotels nearby and they give you beach towels (no chairs though). only complaint is gym could be improved but i would stay here again!

Ckeck in was fast, the hotel is very clean, roof top pool area is amazing! Nice room with balcony. The only draw back is the highway noise, it can be very loud. Mostly quite from 11 to 7.
