We have stayed here in the past and had a good experience but this stay was different. One thing to note: there is no elevator in the building and a lot of stairs. When we checked in we were taken down 3 flights of stairs and ended up in a room on the lowest floor in the corner although the hotel seemed to be quite empty. Once we checked in we were essentially ignored. We went up to the pool area and there was no one working-bar was empty. No one approached us to ask us if we wanted or needed anything the entire time we sat up there. Now-the hotel is in a gorgeous location with absolutely amazing views-but there was no staff to be seen. When we checked out the next morning we had to carry our luggage up to the lobby which was 3 staircases-the last one is long and steep-not for everybody. The room itself was ok-bed was comfortable and the decor was nice but I was puzzled as to why we were put a room in the basement corner down 3 flights of stairs when the hotel clearly was not busy and they had no staff. There are better options in Conchas Chinas.

Clean rooms, amazing staff esp Carlos was awesome host. Amazing ocean views from the property. It’s a very quiet relaxing property so if someone looking for party vibes or dance not for them. This property is peace. Only thing lot of stairs to take as no elevator so elderly need to keep in mind that.

I loved this place. Great views, great food, great room. Staff always helpful and cheerful. It is kinda far (by foot) from things so expect a lot of Ubers but they're not expensive to get to Zona Romantica etc. Taxis also are waiting outside the hotel if you prefer to use those.

Loved this little boutique hotel was so nice, very relaxing, great food and bar area. Pool and terrace very nice. Rooms lovely and very spacious. View fantastic. Staff so friendly and lovely. Loved staying here and will stay again.

If you're wanting a good affordable bed to sleep in after a day of being out from morning until bedtime then this place is for you. However, we had no working A/C the entire 3 nights we were there and it was very hot in the evenings, which made it hard to sleep.

Love this place! Great staff they greet you very professional they take the time to walk you around the property. Our room was wonderful. We had the Agave room which gave us Beach view from every angle, including the hot tub in the bathroom . If you are looking for quiet place this could be your choice.

Nice staff, room decorations and sea view varies a lot depending on individual rooms even if they are the same rate, one of the jacuzzi was not working, and about the location the car is a must. Not luxurious as the title suggests but a nice quiet hotel close to the beautiful beach of conchas chinas

Well, the a/c wasn't working the second night , the mini fridge didnt cool and it leaked water on the floor . The room has a musty oder, the burger which was the one and onlt thing I ate was terrible. Not sure if Id call it ground beef.
