I thought it was a great hotel the food was suberb, anything that we needed to be addressed was address right away. The only issue was the adult only area people were bringing their kids when their was no kids allowed. we got access to the Crown Paradise Golden adult only. I didn't like it the roof top pool was gross, and. you had to line up for food. The club is so much nicer and 3 pools, very close to the marina and the mall. staff was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone.

The stay was ok. Having stayed at this resort in the past multiple times and also.getting married there this stay was nothing like it use to be. It started with check in being an hour and half behind we could not check in at 3 we finally got into our room at 430. The hotel is not kept up as it once was. There was garbage in hall ways and stairwells that were there the entire week of our stay. Our room the beds were made up every day but they never left clean towels but would take away the dirty. The bar service at pool side was rare . The server that would come around was not very knowledgeable and more often then not would get the orders incorrect. The restaurants if you can get reservations were delightful especially the italian restaurant, the Mediterranean restaurant was alright and rhe french we never went to and you cant bring children in there after 7pm. The buffet was literally the same thing day in and out. Tv viewing if you are looking for any english channels not a thing. The night time entertainment at the club was great and is good for families old or young.

The food is terrible. We have 4 kids and even they couldn’t stand the buffet. We went out to eat 4 nights to avoid the buffet. Almost impossible to get a specialty restaurant. Tried every single day. Never got in. Staff is amazing though! Great location. Just the food is the downfall!

Kids playground is nice but limited seats for parents to watch kids. Play area slide also has cracks which created scratches on my neices legs. Room service guys are rude. Customer service training is needed for room services. Overall ok, food was ok as well.

If you take nothing else away from reading this, please understand that this resort caters to, and is mostly visited by, locals. The food, service, and language reflects this fact. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with this, but it's not quite what we're used to when travelling to Mexico for vacations, and left us disappointed overall. Pros: The a la carte restaurants were decent. You do have to book at precisely 9:01am to have a shot at getting in though. The pool areas were decent. Our second room was in fairly good shape, and looked out into the courtyard and kids pool area. We enjoyed spending time out on it. There's a grocery store right down the street which we utilized to get food that our kids would actually eat Cons: The family rooms with bunks look out on to the road, loading area, and power station. You can't sit on the balcony. Our one of these was completely dilapidated. Missing outlet and light switch covers, lights out, holes in the floor tiles, the bathroom mirror was rusty, i could go on. Luckily we were able to switch to a room with two double beds after the first night. The food selection and quality at the buffet was poor. The kids pool left our kids (2,4) with semi-deep abrasions the first day. The water slides shoot them out into 8 inches of water with a rough bottom. They wouldn't use the slides the rest of the trip. Very few staff spoke any English. We communicated quite a bit via Google Translate.

The beach and pools are very well cared for and maintained However there are far too many vendors constantly trying to sell you something when you just want to enjoy the day We would definitely recommend this destination for it’s overall appeal

Second time staying at Crown Paradise, first time at the family side. The staff are very friendly and super helpful! The accommodations are average, but was all we needed for our family trip. We got to experience one of their restaurants (Italian) and it was great! Unfortunately it was very hard to get into the other restaurants that they had, especially for a family. There’s an online reservation system, but all the reservations are filled within the first minute of opening. Overall, would recommend if you’re looking for a great beach/pool set up!

I recently stayed at Crown Paradise Club Resort, and it was a complete letdown. The pictures online were a complete misrepresentation of the actual property. The hotel was run down, with everything from the elevators to the rooms falling apart. The key cards stopped working multiple times, and the front desk staff, particularly Lupita at night, seemed more focused on flirting with her coworker than assisting guests. The food was awful—bland and poorly prepared. Shrimp was overcooked and impossible to peel, and the chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. The on-site restaurant reservation system was a nightmare, opening at 9:01 AM and having all reservations booked by 9:03 AM. There was also a terrible sewage smell in parts of the hotel, and in other areas, the scent of cleaning chemicals was overwhelming. The entire resort felt neglected, with poor maintenance throughout. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I have photos to back up my claims. I wouldn’t recommend Crown Paradise Club Resort to anyone.

The property was older. Has a great pool area for the kids. Wish that there were more planned activities. Drinks were good, food was good at some of the restaurants, the buffet food was not great tho. The rooms were old and outdated, housekeeping didn’t do the greatest job of cleaning or restocking towels. The beach was nice, the tiki bar was awesome. Overall it was a great hotel for the kids, probably wouldn’t stay there again though.

Gardens were beautiful, staff very nice. Main dining outdated and choices were okay. Japanese style restaurant was our favourite. The room was okay as our shower door was difficult to close and the patio door didn’t lock and the toilet didn’t always flush properly. Many families with children as I think it’s a good place for them. Nightly shows across the street at the theatre were great-lots of variety with very talented dancers.

Liked that the resort is small & able to get a beach chair with shade every morning. Pools were clean. Food was just ok at buffet and restaurants were all good, but hard to get a reservation. Very short window that opens at 9am & booked by 9:02, need a better system for sure! Rooms can use some upgrading. Lots of mildew in showers and musty smelling. We weren’t in the room much so was ok. Hated all the venders on the beach! You can’t relax which is what we go on vacation for. Even if you were reading or napping they would bother you! Should be able to utalize both facilities without having to pay extra to go to adults side wishing we would have done adults only cause then you can use both. Nice beach and close to the port. Shows were geared toward small children so we didn’t attend except for one night.
