What a perfect vacation! The resort is amazing , so many things to do. The service from all the staff were wonderful. Housekeeping cleans our room everyday and I mean it’s very clean. The food hummmm not too great , but over all experience was amazing. Kids club for my 4 years son was very fun. They have different activities every hour and it’s included with the all inclusive. The day tour with “jack sparrow” was fun and entertaining , waterfall , snorkeling , site seeing, and lunch ( being peso) and credit card. Don’t forget to ask for champagne by the bell boys. My son was in the kids pool for hours 3-4 days straight. My husband and my 4 years old son and a wonderful time. Will definitely recommend others. Thank you soo much for a wonderful time!

Before you go, know that it is a far drive from the airport. Scenery is fantastic. Hotel is old shows its age. Food in the buffet is awful! Took multiple trips over 3 days to fix the air conditioner in the room. Restaurants were good but almost always full with premier guests booking a week in advance. Needs a re-haul!

We absolutely loved staying at Barcelo. The staff is truly amazing. The buffet food is good, but we really enjoyed experiencing the restaurants. The drinks at the Cantina were really good. The ocean water is calm and warm. The pools are all very nice. My family and I would absolutely stay here again.
