Booking process was easy and efficient. Property Manager responded right away on booking. Arrival day comes - property manager had to be messaged 3 times to get code for arrival. During stay hot water was very sporadic and property manager was not responsive - sometimes for days. Nice clean property - as presented on VRBO but we won’t repeat based on our experience with Property manager.

A lovely condo in a great location. PV Rentals were a pleasure to work with, too. We had rented it for 10 days, but due to the issues in Puerto Vallarta, our flight was cancelled and we had to wait 5 days for the next available flight. PV Rentals were very gracious and helpful during this time and we stayed an extra 5 days. We’ll definitely reserve this condo in the future.

Great condo in the heart of old town

The condo was well equipped and the building staff was very helpful.Good communication with owners and a wonderful lap pool. I would stay here again

nice building and unit

The Pavillion building is one of the nice, relatively new buildings in the heart of PV's shopping, restaurants and nightlife. This unit is comfortable and, being on the second floor, has the advantage of being easily accessible by the stairs, so you never have to wait for the elevator.

Beautiful New Place

The building is in a great location, walkable to all the popular bars and restaurants. The apartment it self is very clean and modern with all the accessories you need for the beach. The welcoming staff are very efficient and proactive in communications and assistance. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two weeks. Our contact Gabriel at PV rentals was great and the building and its staff were welcoming and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again.
