Cortez 102 is located in the Cortez building in Las Palomas Phase 2, close to the lobby, the restaurants and right in front of 2 infinity pools.

It can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children ( extra charge for 5th guest) featuring a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a free extra bunk room (full/twin) and a Sofa Sleeper in the Living room.
All rentals through the resort Rental Pool, including daily cleaning and wristbands for up to 4 guests at no extra charge. Must declare number of guests at the time of reservation. A 5th guest can be accommodated subject to a $35.00/night.

This condo is actually a 1.5 bedroom as it features an additional bunk room for the kids so that you do not need to use the sofa bed !

If you are traveling in large groups, we also own Cabrillo 102 and Cabrillo 106 near by.

What a lovely stay. The apt is next to the Coffee Point with fabulous coffee and pastry. The apartment is quiet, well equipped, comfortable bed and all the amenities of a 5 star resort!

This was overall an amazing experience. It was our first time at Rocky point and it did not disappoint. The La Palomas resort is absolutely beautiful and the first floor room that we booked was so convenient with access to all the pools and the beach within walking distance, I would highly recommend room 102. It is right next-door to the coffee shop and we could park our car right outside the door making it super easy and convenient for loading and load out. The room was excellent very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for for our four day stay communication with the owner was fast and friendly, and I would highly recommend anyone to book this ground floor room due to its convenience and prime location. We are already planning our next trip for next year and would like to make this a yearly family trip!

This condo is on our list to always rent! Ground floor, close to beach, pools, coffee shop and restaurant! Wasn’t sure if we would hear all sorts of noise and nope, we didn’t! Very clean, well stocked and only complaint would be the sliding door was tough to open/ close. We are already looking at future dates to go back!

Beautiful condo

Slow time of the year therefore check in was quick, no wait. The condo itself is in the ground location right next to coffee shop which my husband loved. Quick access to the pool and amenities. It was clean with everything you might need and the bed very comfortable. The extra bunk bed room was cute and perfect if we had our kids with is. Thank you for a lovely stay

Good but room for improvement

Could use a few improvements. Front door didn’t lock, several broken drawers. No hot water. Called front desk but no one came. A little loud bc it’s now next to a cafe. Location was prime though and it was clean.

This condo is conveniently located in the first floor which is good or bad depending on your needs. There is better view form the upper levels but you have your car outside of the door… You get to have a pool just outside of the sliding doors to the other side.. The lighting is not great, kind of dark because the orientation of the building.. It doesn’t get much natural light. I have mixed feelings if I would choose to stay here or in a upper level with the inconvenience of being far from the car.. the condo was spacious and the bunk beds super useful when traveling with kids. No need to open the sofa bed… Good laundry room and everything you need in a kitchen. Salt and pepper.. no oil or any other condiments.. 9/10… with better lighting will be a 10…

Un-Usable and no warning

We traveled down multiple hours for my wife’s birthday only to find out all the amenities in the resort were closed except for the hot tub. Pools were closed, swim up bar was closed, most of the resort was blocked off for construction. There was massive construction everywhere. And the host never informed us of any of this. We travel down to this specific resort 3 to 4 times a year and have never experienced this much closure before. Even in the slow/winter season. Just wish we would’ve known before we drove all the way down. Once we were there it was too late. We tried to move rooms but even phase 1 rooms were just as bad. The room was clean but the master bed was very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. Seems like it might be original with the unit. Same with the couches in the living room. Very uncomfortable.
