I am so glad I found this place for my family of 5. I had originally planned for 1 bedroom but upon arrival we were greeted with a two bedroom. It could’ve been simply great hospitality from them, or maybe they ran out of rooms, but I was just so grateful. The place was very clean and presentable. For the price, you get a lot of space and a kitchen for your convenience. The hotels near the beach just don’t offer this kind of packaging, and I probably won’t go anywhere else from now on when I visit. Communication was also superb.

A reasonably priced hidden gem.

I have used Ancia Suites twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. It is somewhat hard to find but once you know where it is, everything is fine. The rooms have always been very clean and well stocked. I will continue to stay there when going to Rocky Point.

Great time in RP

Everything was great. Only issue was the parking. Super tight fit getting in and out but we made it work. There is a little market right next door Michigan market was the name. It had all the things we needed for our stay like food, drinks and necessities. We walked there it was so convenient. On the other side is a little pharmacy we forgot our nasal spray and ran down to grab one.

The property was very clean. The apartments seem to have been recently updated and are very modern. It did seem to be noisy at times due to the area. There were mini split A/C in every room as well as TVs. It is an excellent deal for the price paid. Very close to the docks where we went fishing. I would definitely stay there again when going fishing in Rocky Point.

Room was filthy. Solid coating of dirt on floors, hadn’t been dusted in what looked like months. Furniture was heavily stained.Bathroom was disgusting. I immediately left. There is no staff onsite
