5 stars! I have been to all inclusive resorts all over the Caribbean, and this is by far of my favorite! Pros: immaculate, modern facilities, including spacious rooms with top of the line amenities, gorgeous views, and beautiful decor. Staff/service are second to none. Food was amazing, especially steakhouse, ceviche, and breakfast. Drinks were generous and fast. Pools were beautiful and the crowd was friendly and fun. Gym was spacious and well equipped. Pickleball was a great bonus! Cons: there is no Beach here. The resort is oceanfront, but there is no sand. Honestly, we did not miss it, but it’s not for everybody! I don’t think the resort is very upfront about this on their website. There are not as many activities as I’ve seen at other resorts. Again, did not bother us, but if you have gone to a lot of all inclusive, it will stand out.The only other con is the bizarre minibar situation. They give you a credit to use at a snack bar, but it’s not as straightforward as it should be. Despite these small cons I can’t wait to return!

Everything about this property is wonderful. Only negative is no beach to enjoy. Hurricane wiped out the beach a couple of years ago.

Loved this resort! The staff were super friendly and the food was incredible! A very relaxed resort. If you are looking for a resort with some fun activities but not a “party” scene, this is for you. Perfect spot for our honeymoon! I will note, there is no beach at this property. We spoke to staff members and they mentioned they are working to restore the beach after they had a few large hurricanes the last couple of years. A couple of shoutouts to our concierge, Johan. The wonderful ladies in the coffee shop, Joanna. Julien, juan, jennifer. Everyone was incredible and we will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville! The rooms were sparkly clean. Good setup and nice balcony. We did not get a room that had a view on the main area, but we were still very happy with the room. Calling food directly to the room was super easy and the service was fast. The food was simply amazing. Both Mexican classics and speciallity restaurants. Great variety and one of the best steak I ever had. I was not expecting that level of food quality considering it's an all inclusive. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. We wish to highlight the staff, because we had a stellar service throughout our entire stay. The entertainement team were super fun. Angelo, Mariel, Regina and Angel made our stay all the more memorable. We didn't have the chance to get everyones names, but they did a fantastic job. Same goes for the service at the different restaurants. We want to again, highlight Carlos and Noel, but they were all extremely nice. Would highly recommand to anyone wanting to travel to Mexico for a cozy and tasteful getaway.

This was a great location. Staff were amazing with being helpful and friendly! You were only limited by what you wanted to do. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The resort is the perfect size if you don't want to walk a lot. There is beach access but no sand. You can't walk on the beach its just water, so if you're looking for the sand there isn't any. Overall it was the perfect stay. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I'd like to mention David, Augustin, and Cinthya from the front desk who were always very helpful. I'd also like to mention Laura from Landshark and Alan from the lobby bar who gave excellent customer service as well.

Great experience at the adults only margaritaville! Would definitely come back we had an amazing trip. Many pros listed below. Only 2 cons: 1. No beach at all, and this wasn’t called out to us prior to our trip 2. Only 2 restaurants plus buffet but both were good Pros: - Salted rim cocktail bar for amazing cocktails every evening. We don’t usually see this at all incs. - Clean and brand new rooms, great blinds as well. - The staff that worked at the entertainment pool were our FAV part by far. Angel and his team of people keeping everyone happy, dancing, playing fun games all day (name that DJ, pool Pictionary, etc) were our fav part of the day. Especially the aqua fit classes at noon every day. SO SO fun highly recommend. - Loved the patio, flooded with sun - Service was fantastic - came quickly when we need our door fixed, ordered late night snacks, requested blankets, etc - The entire resort was brand new and sparkling clean you can tell the staff worked tirelessly to keep it that way - The buffet was great, we loved having fresh fish right off the grill at lunch and the fresh omelette bar in the morning. Servers were really awesome and quick too - The two restaurants both had really fresh food and large menus (but they do book up days in advance so make resos right when you arrive) - Large selection of drinks even at the pool bars - incl. Aperol spritz, mimosas, Whiskey, etc - Loved that we got points for the week to pick what was in our room - coffee shop

This was an amazing trip, spa was great, staff was awesome. The whole prestige sales package was absolutely the main reason this isn’t a 5 star review. They wasted most of an afternoon and became rude and pushy. Other than that I’d love to go back
