Pros: Great rooms with lots of space, cute pool and beach area, beautiful ocean and sunrise views and friendly stuff. Best if you’re looking for one quiet place for your entire stay.
Cons: It’s hard getting around without a car. The beach area is rocky. (The nicer beach area is in-front of Valentine). no daily housekeeping, and no 24/7 front desk. The most frustrating part of our six day stay was having to ask for re supplies like hand soap, trash bags, tissue paper. They would only hand out the smallest amount. The stuff were friendly, but definitely did not intend to do any more than they were asked. When we asked for a refill of hand soap and for our trash to be picked up on day #3, I assumed they would do basic housekeeping since they were entering the room. The gave us more hand soap and didn’t do anything else. Our bedding was not changed in the six days we were there, the room was never cleaned and we eventually realized that we had to take our own trash and recycling out. The one night there were loud guests sitting outside and drunk singing so loud at 2am. The ocean waves were pretty loud - this singing was louder than the waves! I had to eventually ask them if they could quiet it down. The loud guests were out of Angelina 28’s control, however if they really had 24/7 front service like is advertised on Expedia then I wouldn’t have to be the one that dealt with drunk guests.
