This charming studio, completely renovated and thoughtfully designed, accommodates up to four guests, featuring one bedroom and a living area with a fully equipped private kitchen. The elegant bathroom is modern and refined. The apartment offers high-speed private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher with suitable detergents, as well as personal hygiene products and other comforts.
Access is barrier-free, and elevators ensure easy mobility; outside, there is a shared garden. The recently renovated communal pool is on the 7th floor, with a large sun terrace offering views of the ocean, Mount Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Restrooms with showers are available. Towels for the sun terrace are provided on site. Linen and towel changes, as well as mid-stay cleaning, are available for an extra fee. Communal parking is available, but not reserved, both in the courtyard and on the adjacent street.
Events and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. Public transport is within easy walking distance. The building is at the start of the Sant’Elmo promenade, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques leading to Plaza del Charco.
