The property had been recently renovated and is located couple of minutes in walking distance from Plaza del Charco and only 5 min from the fabulous beach Playa Jardin. It is on a 3 floors family building with only 3 apartments, one on each floor.. It has a wonderful sunny terrace double of the studio surface, where you will enjoy the most private sunbathing and best meals and dinners.
