Me gustó la tranquilidad pero la comida no era muy buena y casi siempre salio frio. Las bebidas de todo incluido están limitadas a unas marcas desconocidas y en general la calidad y servicio ha bajado muchísimo desde mi última visita hace solo unos 6 meses

We had an amazing stay

The room was amazing, the staff were helpful and very nice and the hotel was great! One elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience but not too bad for us, and the breakfast was always the same. These are the only downsides, but i would definitely come back.

Stayed for one night in a family room. The hotel is nice but rooms are dated. Breakfast was OK with fresh omelettes and pancakes, but we found the evening meal to be very restrictive.

Has a potential but would NOT recommend

The hotel has a potential and it is not a biggy that it is outdated, the room was big with a balcony overlooking mountains, people who work there are super nice BUT I would not recommend anybody to stay there, here is why: 1) you have to pay for Wi-Fi in cash per hour/day and per device 2) in order to get a towel for the pool you need to go all the way to the front desk and leave a 20 euro cash deposit 3) breakfast is horrible, even though there is a variety of stuff there most of is just tasteless mush. The only thing I could it was a croissant and banana, but when I tried to take it with me because we were leaving for a hike an older German dude (guest of the hotel) stopped me in the middle of a restaurant and told me I can't take food out. 4) the hotel is full of older German people in their 70s Like I said, it has a potential but it is not being realized because of a way everything is set up.

Very close to Loro parque

The staff were super helpful the room was emnous and clean. The location was good for me as my main interest to going to Tenerife was to see Loro parque which was very close. The only thing that I'd say why I wouldn't give it 10/10 is the food was a bit of a let down. It was edible but not tasty.

Disappointed

Diamante Suites rooms are in need of a facelift. Dark furniture, poorly sprung beds and poor outlook to the sea. The food was lukewarm served with cold plates. We bought a drink in the bar and took them down to the restaurant to enjoy with our meal but we were refused entry. They said this is not permitted????? We selected this hotel to check it out for a visit with our daughter in Sept. Will not return!!

We spent a short break here and was very happy with everything about it, we would certainly come again.The suites were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Rooms are terrible! Walls and curtains have Cold blue color, Not cozy at all! ! We got firKin frozen! Food is average for 4 starts hotel! NO hot water for tea by request! We traveled in Canarian Island for a month- it was worst 4 starts hotel! Only lobby looks decent. Hotel Escuela Santa Brígida and Hotel Roca Negra are amazing 4 starts in all ways places compare to this "Diamond hotel"!
