3 bedroom , 3 bath at (2150 sq ft) Villa. Located centrally in the Riviera Maya, approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun. Beautiful beaches and emerald colored Caribbean water in the world. Puerto Aventuras is a ocean side / marina village which offers numerous outdoor restaurants, a variety of interesting shops, deep sea fishing, diving and even a dolphin training center.

The dolphin complex is great for kids and adults can either choose to just watch the training sessions or get more involved and actually "Swim with the dolphins".

Porto Bello Grand Marina is one the largest upper level villas and has the best lagoon and ocean views in the complex. The three bedrooms include two large master suites each with king size beds and sliding glass doors leading to a huge deck. The large bathroom showers and sink areas are all in marble. The main level kitchen, dining room and living room areas are all integrated into one large open space. On one side, looking out towards the ocean, is one solid wall of sliding glass doors you can step onto a huge deck which includes a large glass table, lounge chairs and a spacious large private spa. Some other on-site features / services include a very large lap pool, a fitness center, library and optional daily maid service. A special arrangement for Porto Bello owners and guests allows the use of the beach, 3 pools, full beach food and beverage service, water bar, sushi bar.
