check in was fine, staff was helpful and friendly at desk. Roomed smelled like someone had smoked there. Also old hair in bathtub/shower. Multiple bugs-live crawling on floor, looked like small cockroaches. Minimal offerings at "continental" breakfast.

Good stay

The stay was good overall, gentleman at the desk was great! Needs some repair work on bathroom walls, I liked that the floor was no longer carpet. My real concern was safety due to the homeless around the building. Was concerned if our cars would be broken in to.

The tv was on top on the dresser face down so I could not watch tv because it was not mounted to the wall like it should be. The dresser was placed closer to the bed which was supposed to be against the wall. The dresser was blocking the walkway to the bathroom area. It’s was kind of creepy.

There was a car parked by stairs the entire time. Man and woman in the car late night and early morning. Creepy. Breakfast needed healthier option like yogurt, granola, and longer hours.

To start with, the check in person was not on the lobby,waited8-10 for her to show up and get check. Pleasant person though, WE could not connect to the wifi some flooring was starting to come up in some place and wrapped in others, evidently from water damage. The shower had a handicap bar but the tub was very slick, there was nothing to help stop a person from slipping and falling in the tub or shower.

Hotel could use a updating. The room we had, the toilet wasnt bolted down all the way, so anytime you sat on it, it would hit the floor and the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom so it would stick anytime you shut the door. The pool was also closed so that was a bummer for the kids. Beds are standard hotel beds. Over all wasnt bad.

quick trip to Pueblo and stay one night.....

The stay was satisfactory, I did not have my computer or my phone to do the online check out and could not check out at the front desk and I found this to be irritating. We have booked the room because of a funeral attending on Saturday morning and checked out by returning the key and leaving at approximately 8:30 am. Will not book on line again, but would stay at Travelodge
