Nice staff , friendly. No amenities. But easy on and off from the interstate. Too bad they didn’t have vending machines or water that was drinkable , the area might be safe but seemed sketchy so we just stayed and checked out. Staff was great and nice
0ld poorly maintained. Unsavory characters hanging out. Easily the worst place I've stayed in the past 20 years.
Excessive increase in rates for special events.
I made reservations to stay at this hotel on a road trip from Los Angeles to New York. I pulled in, got the key, and headed to the room. As soon as I did, I started to notice some sketchy things around the hotel. First off, it seemed like there were a lot of homeless people and or prostitutes in the parking lot. Then I looked at the building itself. I noticed that the upkeep of the building was pretty poor, that there was a restaurant on the grounds that was closed, and that the parking lot itself was very broken up and full of potholes. Then I looked at the rooms and noticed that many of them had the doors open. Lots of rooms with the doors open had people sitting in the doorways. The people sitting in the doorways were either drinking or smoking something that was not cigarettes. I immediately felt very unsafe, returned to the office, and return the key.
This property is great if you’re on a budget and don’t mind an outdated room/amenities. I stayed here two nights and heard a lot of commotion both nights from other guests but it didn’t ruin my stay by any means.
Very frieldly had a problen woth tv very prompt at attebding to and fixing nice room comfortable bed could use extra out let to plug in phone other than that adequate
Unprofessional taunting staff which they’ll go into gaslight mode over. Lots of seemingly criminally oriented people around. The room was rather clean and spartan; but they really could have at least provided an actual blanket. The lack of hot water for showers was also not just substandard but really insulting to the consumer. Lots of harrassment while I tried to relax in my room.
If I had complained during my staff, either about the abusive employees or the deranged people harrassing me in my room; they would have kicked me out and said I was mentally ill. That approach to guest safety; which is the norm in hotels is also really insulting to the consumer.
Microwave extremely dirty. Covered in old food. Toilet not cleaned. Shower barely worked. Not enough outlets. Couldn’t use microwave and refrigerator at same time. Was a handicap room with no furniture. Just a bed and small nightstand. Didn’t request a handicap room.
The place is cheap but the ratings were good so I booked it. It’s about as low rent a place as you can get don’t know how the ratings were that good omg
