Excelente hotel

El hotel está muy bonito, limpio y agradable. La cama y almohadas excelentes, el baño muy limpio y la ducha deliciosa. La atención del staff fue magnífica, todos muy atentos y amables. El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes caminar todo el centro de Puebla y comer riquísimo sin necesidad de usar coche. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento propio pero tienen un convenio con el estacionamiento de al lado, así que no hay ningún problema con dejar tu auto ahí. Definitivamente recomendaría y volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

Excellent stay!

We had a family suite on the 7th floor, overlooking the cathedral and volcano - absolutely incredible view! Rooms got a bit warm during the day owing to the large windows, but the two air-con units took care of that. Very helpful and responsive staff, and a very safe and beautiful hotel very close to the heart of the Centro Historico.
