Siempre pasamos a Puebla a trasnochar y buscamos siempre algo accesible, nos habíamos quedado en muchisimos pero éste nos pareció con las 3 B, sin embargo, si hay que ir a pedir lo de siempre (toalla, papel, jabon). Si resolvieran ésto sería mejor.

Las chicas que nos atendieron en recepción fueron siempre muy amables, desafortunadamente coincidimos con huéspedes poco respetuosos que hicieron mucho ruido. Otro inconveniente fue que no tuvimos agua caliente

El personal es extremadamente amable. Lo único que nos resultó muy complicado, es que esta propiedad es en realidad un motel de paso. Y una parte del hotel si funciona como tal. La zona es complicada y no es un hotel familiar definitivamente
