The space
Step into a world where history and sophistication converge. Our farmhouse barn boasts period features, exposed beams, and a warm, rustic ambiance that invites you to unwind and make memories with your loved ones. With spacious interiors and carefully curated decor, this retreat promises a truly indulgent experience.

Bedrooms:

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style.
Plush bedding and a mix of antique and modern furnishings create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
A secret mezzanine level in each bedroom provides you with a little more to explore. We have completed these areas with comfy bean bags and some classic games.
We have also aptly named these areas our 'quiet corners'
Wake up to views of the picturesque surrounding gardens and woodland.

Living Areas:

A spacious and inviting living room with a fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings.
Elegant furnishings including uber comfy but stylish sofa.
A dining area with a rustic farmhouse table for memorable family meals.

Kitchen :
Fabulous kitchen, fully equipped and complete with Aga cooker. Another dining table in the kitchen means you will never be short of somewhere to eat the meal you have just prepared in our fantastic kitchen which must be experienced!

Games Room :
Some family fun is guaranteed in the entertainment room. We have provided both a Pool Table and a Ping Pong table.

Utility Room :
Washer dryer and extra sink and preparing area.

Outdoors:

Expansive gardens and outdoor seating, are ideal for enjoying the fresh country air.
Take in the breathtaking views of the garden and surrounding woodland from the comfort of your private patio.
A barbecue area for al fresco dining under the stars.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property including a side terrace with water features and a rear garden with outdoor seating.

Other things to note
For optimum comfort, we would advise booking for 6 people. However, the house is incredibly spacious so we have provided an extra double fold-out bed to allow you to invite an extra couple of guests if required.

Additional rules
Please wash and replace all plates and cutlery used, extra cleaning will be charged to you at a rate of £35 per hour plus the cost of any damages.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
