Gorgeous hotel among the trees

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a central fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the trees. The meals we ate at the lodge were definitely the best of our whole trip, particularly the vegetarian options which were delicious! The staff was attentive and incredibly welcoming and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope we'll have the chance to return!

Ficou longe das expectativas demonstradas no programa "Nós do Chile", o lodge é até bonito, mas precisa de algum administrador profissional urgente para o hotel, pessoas completamente despreparadas para tal função. Eles não sabiam o que era um "rack" para colocar malas, e não tinham, me deram uma mesinha de centro. O café da manhã tinha pouquíssimas (diria quase nada) variedades e eles traziam na mesa algumas poucas coisas. Não se encontrava ninguém na recepção nem ao redor quando se precisava pedir algo. Além do mais é um pouco longe do centro de Pucon, num momento de trânsito chega a demorar meia hora para chegar lá. Resumindo, tenho certeza que há opções melhores em Pucon. Não recomendo a estadia nesse local.

muy buen lodge. Espectacular el lugar, emplazado en un bosque nativo precioso y con vista al rio trancura. El servicio un poco lento al desayuno y definitivamente en la noche. Debe mejorar. Una sopa ( que estaba hecha) no puede demorar 20/ 25 min. Tienen un lugar muy potente que tal vez con pequeña cosas queda espectacular, como ejemplo potenciar el tema spa. hacer un sauna y vapor y aprovechar el rio mas.

Site exceptionnel sur tous les plans. Le service le lieu au milieu de la forêt la qualité de la chambre et le confort… Vraiment exceptionnel. Un peu off-road pour y accéder mais c’est dans l’ambiance tout en forêt…
