They did not have our room choice/what we paid for saved for us when we arrived for our family. The only room she said was available was a single bed which would not work for our family of 4. She said other people were coming and they were saving those rooms for them. Thanks to a kind man who checked in after us, he switched rooms with us so we could have enough beds. The manager was not willing to think outside the box to help us. Had it not been for the other customer, we would have had no place to go and it was 11:30 at night. We will never stay at this property again!

Air conditioning worked pretty good. Room clean. Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, but only 1 room had 2 beds. We made it work.

The toilet had not been cleaned and the bathroom would flood when I took a shower. AC wasn't great, would wake up sweating or freezing. The TV didnt have an HDMI cord but the lady at the front desk brought us one as soon as we asked. The girls at the front desk were pleasant.

Our room was clean & cool when we arrived. The employees were nice. Unfortunately, our room faced Main St & the traffic was loud most of the night. The shower had poor water pressure.

Had a very nice stay.

The receptionist was really helpful and made sure that I got the right room. The morning breakfast was good. There was a variety of food to choose from. The coffee was excellent and hot! The room was clean and quiet.
