The unit is located in a house on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. Featuring a beach access, a private waterfront deck, lounge chairs, reclaimed wood & ship beams and a bay window with mesmerizing views of the bay. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a pull out queen sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, turn on the fans, open the bay windows and deck door and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour in this apartment while sipping a drink!
