The check in agent was very helpful with all of my questions about the area and the facilities caretaker was extremely friendly, fast and professional. The location could not be beat. There are many food and shopping options and very safe. The best part is that the beach is close by, and towels and lounge chairs were provided. There was one day where the housekeeper missed the room for cleaning, but it was fine. The front desk agent did offer to have it done late afternoon, but the service was declined at that point. More investments can be made to upgrade the rooms but overall, enjoyable. The beauty is to be enjoyed outside the rooms each day.

Horrible stay. Dirty mildew shower & bathroom. Stains on bathroom floor. In back of a lot with cars. Not a safe feeling. More of a motel for sure. Front desk not much help with anything. The minute I walked in I wanted to walk right back out. That bad! Very disappointed. I would never stay there again. Where they remodeled no idea! Only plus was beach access across the street. Towels & chairs provided. Pool was clean for the most part, but very small.

Overall the hotel was good for the money. It was as expected simple nothing fancy. In our case the toilet was leaking which shows poor craftsmanship given that they recently renovated the place. The surrounding was not clean and there were funny smells. The Grace Bay beach was in walking distance. Other than that we had a quiet stay.

The hotel staff were great. Very friendly and gave us some many tips as to where to go for dining and night life. It was walking distance from the beach, it’s not beachfront tho. The pool was very little but we loved it. The rooms could use an upgrade, the toilet leaked and there were mold spots on the shower walls. The beds were comfy. Overall, this was a nice hotel for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again.

It was terrible and looked nothing like the pictures. I reminded me of a motel 6. I checked out 20 minutes after I checked in. I ended up booking a room at the Windsong.

There is nothing NEW about this property. It sits behind a dumpster so you can smell it and it’s an eye sore. There’s no restaurant on the property. It’s walking distance and near the main road. My shower door was missing. There were holes in the curtains. It was terrible. Expedia did not do their due diligence.
This will be your view.
