It sits on a hill just 686 ft (0.13 miles) (line of sight) or 995 ft (0.19 miles) (walking) from one of the Island's most secluded North Shore beaches. It is a 3 1/2 minute walk, if you are reasonably fit, walking at 3 miles an hour, or approximately a five minute walk, if you are less fit, to the beach.

The location is decent, but requires a car for sure. Our dryer was broken and could not be easily fixed. Overall a good experience, given the pool, privacy and proximity to Smith's reef.

Nice visit but Ring camera inside the unit spoiled it

Easy to find, nice location, but gate and door code directions hard to follow , not sure how clean pool was but most troubling was the Ring camera hidden on the kitchen counter pointed towards the bedroom, there also was a Ring camera range booster in the bedroom closet. The booklet in the unit clearly stated there were no cameras inside the unit-I took the battery out of the Ring camera after we discovered the camera-the Ring camera itself is a reason to avoid this unit.

Paradise Villas, unit number five

Nice view of the ocean and quiet location with gated perimeter. The pool only has one long lounge chair but there are plenty of other chairs and we never saw anyone else at the pool except ourselves, so it was like a private pool. It was just a short walk or drive down to the beach which was very secluded and had pretty good snorkeling.

Beautiful property with a beautiful beach right down the road. The property manager, Shante, was very helpful and quick to reply to all messages. I wish everyone on the island was as friendly and helpful as Shante!
