The location of this unit was good overall, which was a plus. However, my experience had several issues that are important to note.I accidentally booked this unit and attempted to cancel shortly after, but the host made the process very difficult and ultimately would not allow a cancellation, which forced me to keep the reservation. I had concerns going in based on previous reviews and asked ahead of time if comforters would be provided. The host said yes, but upon arrival, the beds only had thin throw blankets, and the bunk bed had no blankets at all. The host mentioned that cleaners had come before check-in, but when we arrived there was noticeable pet hair throughout the home, especially on the couch. While it wasn’t immediately visible, it was clear after sitting down, as it stuck to our clothing. I will say the couch itself was comfortable. I also had an event at the unit, which was disclosed in advance and approved. Unfortunately, I received a message during the stay stating that we were past quiet hours and needed to end the event immediately. This was frustrating, as concerns about this exact issue were the reason I initially wanted to cancel, but we were unable to come to an agreement. Additionally, there were no extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels provided, so we had to purchase those ourselves. There was also ants in the shower of the room with bunk beds
