The home does not have a dock, however you can drop the kayaks or stand up paddle boards that are complimentary into the lake directly from the backyard. Just minutes to downtown Chapin!

Our family stayed at this property recently and we had the best time! This is a beautiful space and so much to do! We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, fishing and swimming! We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the view of Lake Murray from the pool and the master bedroom deck! The host was so responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend this place for a fun, family trip!

Peaceful getaway

This property was great. We really enjoyed the pool, since the entry to the lake was grassy and didn't have a beach. The provided kayaks and paddle boards are nice! I didn't realize that the house was on three levels, which created a little difficulty for mobility impaired people. Also, the dining room area is not air conditioned. We did have a small issue during our stay, but the owner responded immediately, and it was repaired very quickly. The lake is beautiful and was not overly busy. Very close to Dreher Island State Park. We really enjoyed our visit.

Pool is a bonus!

Everything at this home was perfect for us. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was perfect! The home was clean. My husband loved getting out on the kayaks.

Nicely renovated, comfortable beds

Nicely renovated home, very comfty beds, lots of space. Loved the arcade games - fun brief distraction. Beautiful lake view and pool area. Lake entry is straight in through a little grass/marsh because no dock so be aware, owner does accurately state this in listing. Neighborhood around the house isn’t as nice as the house.

Hamm House on Lake Murray

We had an amazing stay at the Hamm House. Such an adorable lake house. One of my favorite stays on Lake Murray. Can't wait to come back. Lauren our gracious host was wonderful!

Great experience!

We would definitely stay again! The house was perfect for what we needed. We liked the layout of the house and the separate gathering areas it offers. We had everything we needed as far as house supplies go, so that was really nice. The outside fire pit was awesome and everyone enjoyed it.

Beautiful location

The house was great for our family holiday visit! We love the views, the deer in the backyard, the walk to the water, the fire pit and kayaks. We would most definitely comeback as Laura the host was great.
