The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. 1 bedroom on this level offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while a second bedroom provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the ground floor.

The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings ranging from 110 to 230 cm in height, furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 110 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning.
