Our condo has a 2nd floor master bedroom and three ground floor bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, the 2nd downstairs bedroom has queen bed and ocean views, the 3rd downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (one of which is a trundle bed).

A queen size sofa sleeper is located in the living room.

Kitchen Amenities include an Instant Pot, Vitamix Blender, rice cooker, griddle, ceramic coated pans, cast iron pan, hand mixer, mini-food processor, and all sorts of kitchen utensils and gadgets.

Compact washer/dryer in unit.

The front lanai, kitchen, dining room, and living room on the 2nd floor all look out at the Pacific Ocean. Two bedrooms and a lanai look out at the Pacific Ocean on the first floor.

The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, two hot tubs, bicycle available for rent, and much more.

Main entrance to our condo is on the 2nd floor, which means one flight of stairs to climb to get to the front door.

The Cliffs resort is located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. It is perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best golfing, plenty of sandy beaches - many remote and private - waterfalls, and exquisite dining.

There are over 20 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. Or you can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls. 45 holes of championship golf await those who enjoy that sport. Or you can just relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue. There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging from simple to elegant.

The whole complex is well maintained. There were plenty of beds for the whole family (all 8 of us) and we particularly enjoyed the pool. Absolutely loved the trade winds keeping the well appointed condo cool. The coffee machine made the most amazing coffee which was thoroughly enjoyed on the lanai while watching the whales.

The property is in a good location, actually a great location. It was so nice being there and it felt like home very comfortable well stocked. It had all of the beach toys and chairs and everything you would want for a beach day. The views are just spectacular. The people at the resort are very nice to to deal with the best thing about the whole trip though I would have to say was the host Albert was incredible with information helping us logistically after our flights had been changed and then eventually got canceled my wife and I have traveled around the world and have stayed in condos and houses like this and I don’t know how many different countries the host is the backbone of your trip. They can make her break your vacation. Albert was so easy-going and willing to help at whatever he could do so I wanted to say thank you Albert made our trip great I do feel bad because we were at the house and we got a call that our flights have been canceled and then we had to leave abruptly to make another flight which also got canceled We got to the airport and realized we left some stuff in the refrigerator so my apologies we will definitely be staying here again.

This rental was in a convenient and beautiful spot on the north coast. We used the lanai with its ocean view for morning coffee everyday before starting our day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cross breeze through the unit kept everything airy and cool. The kitchen was well stocked.

The property was very good with beautiful ocean views and a great location. The property is listed as having air conditioning but it only has air conditioning in one out of 4 bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in any other rooms. This seems misleading and it was warmer and more humid inside than I expected and I am used to.

Great stay for our family

Very happy with the property and location. Loved seeing whales and enjoying the wonderful views. The A/C in the master is pretty loud if you are a light sleeper. We did have some ants in the kitchen and the owner was very quick to respond when we informed them.

great stay for six adults

Had a great stay! The size and layout was perfect for six adults. Loved the views and watching sunsets from the lanai or out on the vast lawn. We also enjoyed using the property's pool, tennis court, and bike rentals.Air conditioning throughout would have been nice. I suggest using ear plugs in order to sleep with the doors open and block out the noise from roosters who began crowing way before sunrise. Putting the portable fan near the window also helped to mask the noise.

Best Cliff View of the Pacific

Our family of 7 had an incredible stay at this stunning VRBO! The cliffside location offers breathtaking views of the Pacific, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. Family vacation

The property was beautiful and the unit was clean and everything was in working order: the beds were comfortable me and the kitchen was the best stocked with utensil and cookware that I have seen in all the rentals I have had. Check in and out was easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge. You couldn’t beat the view and if someone wants to stay in the princeville area I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful view and plenty of space.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It could use a deep clean due to its age, but we loved the receptionist desk, lime trees, hot tubs, and astounding ocean view. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful spot

This was an excellent condo with amazing views. We were extremely comfortable and our family (children and grandchildren) were very happy. Wine and chocolates as a welcome gift and coffee beans for the very cool coffee maker. We hope to return some day!
