Te morning front desk girl was very helpful. We were on our way to Haida Gawain and she told us that the ferry was full. She saved us our 16 hours of travel time. She also helped me find the phone number to the hotel on the island to cancel our motel.

why did I have to pay an extra $75 for a dog friendly room when I specifically checked off that I needed one on the expedia site. I was told by check in personal that I had to pay an extra $25 per day for cleaning. The cleaning staff never cleaned my room untill I left. I had to ask for fresh towels and shampoo when i run out. Paid too much, that Expedia should not have allowed

Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating on both check in and check out. Only complaint is that rooms are very small if travelling with a pet. Our kennel just barely fit in the room as there is not much space!
