Awful but cheap. Check in took forever due to a complete mix up with front desk. Had already checked someone into the room I was suppose to have and that room was empty. Nothing but confusion during check in. Outdated and needing renovations, pool closes way to early.

Room was very stink like mould, the comforter on the beds were dirty. The ceiling in a corner had a bad leak and looked like it was going to cave in. We requested to move to a new room but they refused. I requested a refund so we can go elsewhere they refused because they said we “used” the room already - which we did not we simply went into the room smelt it opened the window and left to talk to front desk about the conditions.

I liked the space in the studio suite, was perfect size for a family. What I didn’t like was the fact that there wasn’t housekeeping daily and the fact that I could NOT change my booking by taking one night off of our stay; I tried a week & half ahead of time but wouldn’t allow me too and they still charged me for one extra night that I did not stay, also gave me attitude about that.

Absolute terrible service at check in. Gave my ID and credit card. She threw it back and said she didn't need it. So rude making me pay for one room at a time but couldn't figure out the change I needed so threw the money back and made me give her exact change. Coming through the lobby 2 hours later and someone is having trouble checking in and I hear my name, so I stop to see. This lady checked me in under someone else's name and reservation making security deposits on their card and took my cash. Then I look and she also put 124.40 on my card. Absolutely awful service at the front desk.

Excellent value for money. The property is dated, and the rooms are somewhat small, but clean, in good working order and the staff are friendly. The central atrium/greenhouse is a very unique feature.

Very dirty.. the bathroom was awful, as was the table and floors.. The worst part was the morning we were checking out. I was looking under the bed to make sure we didn’t forget anything and there was a large blood spot on the edge of the fitted sheet that had been previously tucked under the mattress. Just disgusting. Never again.

Descent bit befs were offle . I ended up with a sore back . Beds need updating soo out dated . Need better cleaning there was hair in my tub i found soo disgusting.

There is a really nice common area here and it is clearly the highlight of the hotel. However, rooms have been run down and the service was very poor. Several rooms have toilets that don’t work and towel racks falling off the wall. When we went to check out, the person working the desk didn’t know how to check us out. Huge potential here, but it is currently being poorly managed.
