Needs updating

Had the kitchen suite. The kitchen had the utensils etc., but paper towel roll was only down to a few sheets. The room and furnishing are dated and requires and update.

Suite had musty smell - after a few showers found carpet outside bathroom was soaked - there is a leak somewhere - dishwasher didn't work - no room service after 2 days - no garbage removal, no coffee etc refill, no new towels, no beds made up, it had obviously not been vacuumed - the top of the desk and dressers were thick with dust that the kids could write in - Granddaughter left a message on one "Please dust Me"!

Loved our first ever stay at the Sandman, only thing that would’ve been better was if the remotes in our room actually controlled the televisions, and if the bathroom towels were a bit bigger. Overall it was quiet, convenient, and efficient for our stay.

My rooms lock was malfunctioning, it would open from the inside if you would turn the door knob again and again. I asked to be given a new room. But they couldnt since it was 1am in the morning. So I got charged for 1 night stay even though I didnt even sleep there. I went to another Sandman Hotel location instead.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient to be right next to a 24hr restaurant. A place to take dogs out to potty would have been nice.

The heating system was off, too hot, had to run A/C all night, TV remote was horrible, TV sound and channels were inadequate , room seemed very dated, definitely not to Sandman standard
