rooms needed some serious maintenance , most of the electrical outlets did not work, bathroom fan not working toilet lid falling off, dirty face cloth in tub, AC not working properly , no coffee maker in room and very expensive breakfast. would not recommend.

This was my 2nd time staying here and the staff are very kind, helpful and room was clean both time except this time i relized we had no remote for tv later in the night as we were gone all afternoon/evening adventuring prince george, guy at front desk was very helpful and had that fixed right away ( thank you 😊) Property was well maintained.

Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Disappointed that the room didn’t have a coffee pot, for this reason I probably won’t stay here again….i know it’s a little thing but I need my morning coffee before having to get dressed just to leave the room for my caffeine fix The TV volume didn’t work. Staff was very helpful trying to trouble shoot it to no avail. My granddaughter was not impressed having to read subtitles

I like the area, close to everything down town and the rate is good. What I didn't like was when I decided to check out a day early, they didn't refund my money back, because I booked online, and that I couldn't get the refund, that upset me, and yet I checked out 10 20 am that morning.

Property was clean room was clean. Only thing missing from room was a coffee pot they do however have a coffee machine in the office to use.. Staff were extremely nice and professional. Surrounding area outside the building premises was okaish, (the tim hortons across the street was excellent except addicts coming and going and using on the stairs to enter tim hortons. But all in all good area just be cautious. But all in all was excellent 👌 Thank you and see you again the 23rd
