Five minutes to downtown Picton with trendy restaurants and cute shops. Easy to navigate to from the 401! Main floor unit, with completely separate entrance and private patio space from the upper unit. Please note, there is one ensuite bathroom.

Perfect for a wine weekend getaway with a few friends, a beach trip with family or for a couple shopping the boutiques offered in Picton/Bloomfield/Wellington - this is a spacious first-floor unit apartment that has the feel of an airy, bright, private bungalow. Located on the east-end outskirts of Picton allows for quick entrance/exit to the 401. Backing on to the Millennium Trail and farmland, the view is comforting. Pack your golf clubs and perfect your golf swing with a nicely kept driving range directly across the road, and Picton Golf Course within short distance (1-minute from apartment).
