Great pace

Excellent, room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The service and continental breakfast, delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean • the room needed some repairs, renovation cleanups. Our biggest complaint was the lack of hot water in the shower. The only way to get warm water was to run the sink on hot water while we each took a shower. It still wasn’t hot, but didn’t leave you with goosebumps.

Needs an update

Room was in need of upgrades. Shower floor might have been clean but black and rusted. So was the shower rod. Toilet had a black ring. The bed was uncomfortable and rthe room had an odor. Baseboards were not attached to the wall.

We were in town for a wedding with several out of state families and the staff went above and beyond to help our stay be enjoyable, so friendly, shared information with us on area business, easy ways to navigate the streets to get where we wanted. Small glitches with our room was met with a smile and a willingness to take care of it immediately.

Our first night at the hotel, there was absolutely no hot water and our automated curtains would not close all the way. We spoke with the front desk person the next morning and she was very accommodating, even offered us an upgrade to a different room which was an excellent room.
