The property was a very nice value. It is not palatial by any means but it was just perfect for my guests and me. It was clean and very comfortable. We were in town for an Arkansas football game and was just right for our needs. The host was very attentive. We had a bit of an issue with the TV and she fixed it right away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
