My space is close to public transport and the Art Street (tourist attraction), Bank, Shops and Bakeries. It is at the maximum 5 minutes from any important point (Sea beach, Other restaurants and Bars, Leisure areas), is 1 minute walk from the car stop (Van) to the Cidade Velha.
