The staff were excellent in the Unitas hotel section which also runs the “Residence “ portion. Residence portion is dated but clean however it was a maze of hallways to get to. Then to get to breakfast room was another maze of hallways.

This property is n a fantastic location. Very easy to walk to many of the main attractions. Quiet and safe. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great. Was in a great location staff friendly rooms clean. Only complaint i have is rooms need to be modernised a little and some better pillows. But was very clean and would 100% stay again. Hopeing to come back

The staff were absolutely incredible. Great service, very attentive and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. Great location!!!! Everything is within a few minutes walk. Main sights are only max 40 mins walk from hotel.

This was our first night in Europe. We were sort of hoping we could get back into this hotel but we never could. It is very nice and the breakfast is very good. Some of the rooms you have to climb stairs to get to. If you have mobility issues you should check it out before you go there. The breakfast was wonderful. And the staff very helpful..

Excellent location walkable to popular tourist spots/restaurants abound ( very close to metro stations if public transportation is preferred); surprisingly tucked-in in a quiet and safe area but still centrally located; historical hotel with it's own special charm making it a more memorable stay ( definitely not your typical cookie-cutter generic hotel ) with very welcoming, courteous, and attentive staff from management/front desk/breakfast buffet service and waitstaff/housekeeping.. Prague is magical and it makes it more special staying at Unitas Hotel and Residences!

Tv was very small, mediocre breakfast, would not stay again. Almost booked a different hotel during stay. You can hear everything from your room. Night staff was the reason for 2 stars, they were very helpful.
