Staff was extremely friendly!! Everything was clean as well! Place was spacious and comfy. Front desk personnel was amazing! Learning for me...no air conditioning during certain times of year and there wasn’t screens on the windows so lady bugs were hanging around and even in my luggage! Lol. Also, the shower head was only a detachable handheld one on a very low holder which made showering difficult. They could use an upgrade on towels...they felt pretty used and thin. And no washcloths, only hand towels and towels. These aren’t necessarily complaints but more observations. Lastly there was a clear disconnect between the restaurant and front desk for what was included in my stay. I had two breakfasts and the restaurant was challenging each day over how many were available. It was always resolved but felt like a battle each morning.

Lovely place to stay

We had a great stay at Rezidence Vyserhad. The hotel is apartment style so you have your own small kitchenette area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable although are starting to look a bit dated with the yellowing oak panelling and furniture. Some rooms have great views out over Prague. The staff were excellent and friendly and assisted us with all our needs in a professional manner. 10/10 for the service. There is also a small restaurant with a limited menu linked to the hotel if you wish to eat in. Metro stop Vyserhad is short 300m walk up a hill and you pass the Prague Congress Centre en route. From this metro station it’s 2 stops to get into Prague Old Town and all the sights. Great location if you are attending an event at the PCC. Only downside is that there are no cafes or supermarkets within a short walking distance so we had to do our grocery shopping in town and bring home on the metro. Overall a lovely stay.

The hotel is truly outstanding. Small but very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the bottom suites. Massive rooms, with a full kitchen and spacious washrooms and living rooms. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, from the moment you walk into the room, you feel like it's home, regardless of the length of your stay. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Nice warm breakfast, not a lot of options, but sufficient to get your day going. Only thing I would advise future travellers is that the establishment is a downhill slope so if it's hard for you to walk up and down hills, it would be best to work somewhere else. Keep in mind that this is Praha in general and that's how the streets are built.

Could be better

Nice room in modern hotel. Certainly not as big as it looks on the pictures but still smart. Underground parking was extra. Very quiet area and uber taxis are cheap enough fo trips into the town. This place is let down by the poor service. With the exception of an oriental girl on reception , not a smile or greeting from anybody. Breakfast was included, the cafe is smart but I was not that impressed by the food. I was looking forward to staying here but left a little dissapointed.........

The hotel was in a great place next to the old seat of the Prague nobility, which gave great views of the city and river. The hotel and breakfast were first class with friendly staff. Facilities were excellent and included a small fitness room and sauna.

Spacious suite close to conference center

This small, personalised hotel offers spacious, well equipped, immaculate suites. Air con was a blessing in the summer heat. I was on the 3rd floor with wide views and a terrace. Steps away from the conference center and Metro station. Staff are friendly, helpful and competent English speakers. The gym is small but I was the only person in it every time I used it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
