I loved this hotel. The staff at the reception was very nice, they allowed us to store our luggage for several hours. Also our room was ready at noon and we were able to check out late. I would be back next time. I’m in Prague.

Little Gem

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. I had booked quite late and was mainly looking to keep costs down but I managed that AND found a charming, beautiful and convenient hotel. Gorgeous decor, lovely food and spacious rooms. Excellent value!

Prague city stay

Very quirky and nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy although a little dated. Good location around a 15 minute walk from the old town. Close to lots of shops and cafes though as well. Staff very friendly, breakfast very nice.

Quiet and clean stay in very nice room

We stayed in a two room suite with shared bath and separate extra toilet room off of the main bedroom, which had windows that opened to a quite court. The first bedroom and main door opened to the center garden. Overall it was very nice and quiet. Very comfortable too. We did not eat in the La Boca restaurant but I heard the food was very good.

Lovely staff, great location, shame about noise

Lovely staff, great location and lovely rooms with a European feel! Also got a free room update which was a bonus. Only downside was the lack of sound proofing between rooms - you can hear next doors tv and things like a cough very clearly which was a little irritating when trying to sleep at night!

I had a pleasant stay here and I would go back. The location is excellent- right next to the Palladium shopping mall which has a drug store and grocery store in it that are open until 10pm. Currency exchange is also adjacent to it. Less than 10 minute walk to the square and about 20 minutes to the Charles bridge. Room was extremely clean, and nice and warm.

Nice hotel near old town

Nice hotel very near to old town. Room was spacious and very good. My only complaint would be that when we went to the partner restaurant for dinner (La Boca), the staff were incredibly rude. The hotel had advertised that you could go there for a free drink, but the waitress at the restaurant was very rude about this and very unwelcoming. I cannot fault the hotel, but would not recommend going to La Boca for dinner purely based on the service (as the food was actually very nice).

Great value for money

Great breakfast, great location, cozy beds, spacy, there was only a little bit of confusion at the front desk regarding breakfast (we were 6 people), but everything turned out just fine. I would stay here again, the only thing that I would improve is a quality orange juice, which is missing at breakfast :-)

Very good location. Staff exceptionally friendly. The local neighborhood is a nice combination of local and tourist. Try the wine bar up the street which is a very hospitable hole in the wall type place. Hotel facilities a bit run down but fits the Havana-chic motif. Not a flashy place but great value for money.

Very very bad stay!

very bad smell in the rooms, dirty disgusting coffecups, staff was very loud early in the morning so if u want to get some sleep this place is not one of them!!!! Very small shower & broken floor / old!!! very very bad hotel!!!
