Good place. Surprised by the third extra bed when only double bedroom booked. Suprised by the 1000 CZK deposit, have never encountered that before.

Needs serious improvements

36-room boutique hotel. When I checked in they had only 3 rooms rented. I arrived at 12:00 pm, and check in time is 2 pm. Front desk reception still would not let me check into my room until 2 pm. That’s horrible customer service considering they only had 3 rooms already rented out. Small room, tiny bathroom, horrible mattress and pillows. If you have bad back and need firm mattress then you don’t want to stay at this hotel. Lastly, the reception staff were not friendly at all, but this is kinda typical in Prague.

Great Hotel for the price, metro station very close, shopping mall and restaurants as well. Only a few stops in metro yellow line from city center. Staff was very willing to help every time, breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is in good condition and I really loved the heated floor in the bathroom, which was a plus! :) The breakfast is reach and really good. The cleanliness was good as well. The only negative aspect was the lady that checked me in which wasn't really polite, but maybe she had a bad day which can happen. Over all I really enjoined my one night stay. Thank you Hotel Andel.

we stayed in a room on the 6th floor which is the top floor at the hotel. The room was fine, spacious and clean. We did not sleep well though because of much noise inside the hotel. Whenever somebody used the lift or walked around in the room below us, we could hear it. Breakfast is served on the ground floor next to the reception and it’s OK. It’s quite basic but we had expected that. Overall, the hotel presented good value for money but the noise level inside was too high.

Being allocated to a small old room facing the traffic, in front of the stairs at lower floor, even explicitly asked for a quiet room, fridge was broken, have to pay 500Czk to change a room even their facilities are broken

Upon arrival, staff was not too friendly, there is absolutely no WiFi in the room, only in the lobby. The four days I spend there, had no hot water. I went daily to inquire same answer daily they are trying to fix it, for hot water Location is okay for metro.
