My experience at this hotel in Prague was very disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare: upon arrival, I was greeted by a security lady in a terrible mood who spoke only Czech. After several minutes I realized she wasn’t in charge of check-in at all, and that everything had to be done via WhatsApp. I sent my last name, received no reply for a long time, then was asked for more booking details, and finally they sent me a web link… which didn’t even open.
I tried to solve it by calling the customer service number, but only reached a recording. After waiting, the message said all operators were busy, and no one ever picked up. In the end, it took me 25 minutes to get my code through WhatsApp, even though they claim responses come within minutes. That gap between promise and reality is unacceptable. On top of that, the behavior of the security staff was completely inappropriate. I even made three calls from my phone, all of which went unanswered, though the missed calls are recorded.
Once inside the room, the carpet was full of stains, giving a clear impression of neglect and poor cleanliness.
The only reason I am giving this hotel two stars instead of one is its excellent location.
