Phenomenal staff. Mercedes is the best and you can tell she truly cares about the hotel guests. I encountered a situation outside the hotel, reported it and the manager was very empathetic and supportive. It was no fault of the hotel as was another guest. Very clean.

Overall the hotel was nice enough. There as blood on the bathroom wall, so that was super gross and the lady that checked me I. What not friendly at all. Decent hotel for the price.

Lots of ice on the sidewalk and I slipped and mentioned it to the desk gal they needed to address that back entrance….they didn’t. Jacuzzi and laundry services were not working. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I would stay there again.
