Clean and comfortable

Just a place to sleep while we were passing through this very small hamlet. Beautiful and centrally located, rooms on the small side but nice.

Poor customer service

Super tight restrictions around using the pool combined with an insistance that check-out time was 11am (despite showing 12 noon on my hotels.com booking) conspired to mean that we didn't get to use the pool. Reception showed absolutely no inclination to find a compromise. It cut no ice that we'd booked and detoured specifically for this well-advertised feature. Otherwise, I want to like this hotel and town but without relaible access to the pool and a vast improvement in ability of staff to resolve simple problems I have to admit defeat and bypass this one in future. Certianly was not worth the extra time and money on this occasion.

pour un séjour professionnel, nous avons trouvé les chambres modernes et fonctionnelles, grande douche à l'italienne, déco du couloir magnifique. petit déjeuner copieux et repas au restaurant de grande qualité.

week-end Jura

Week-end découverte dans le Jura, hôtel agréable et personnel aimable. Seul regret une chambre donnant sur la rue principale un peu bruyante à cause de la circulation. Sinon, bon séjour et restaurant à recommander.

Bon petit dejeuner, mais nuits agitées

La chambre etait vraiment trop exigue et le bruit de la rue empechait de dormir. Pas de produits pour la toilette. Il faut demonter le lit pour oter la couettealors que nous sommes en plein ete et que les nuits sont chaudes.
