This unique Guest House is attached to an operating Recording Studio. The Guest House area is available to rent when not being used by Recording Artists, and is decorated as a Sports Bar, complete with vintage video games, bar, & dance floor! The living area has an old-fashioned, real live stereo system...with REAL speakers, and REAL CD's & DVD's. The outdoor area is beautiful & inspiring with farmland views separated by white fences, mountains in the background, and old Red Barns in the foreground...pretty much a Hallmark Card! There is a private driveway, private parking, a fire pit, patio, picnic table, & bar-be-cue...along with a Horseshoe Pit and an Outhouse! (Don't worry, the outhouse is just to store your fishing poles!) By the way, we've supplied the fishing poles, so grab your coffee and head 5-minutes to the Spokane River if you like to catch Smallmouth Bass.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
